Rutger Sterk focuses his practice on corporate and real estate transactions, commercial contracting, (re)financing and securities matters. Rutger holds LL.M. degrees in both financial law at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam and corporate law at the University of Utrecht. He has also participated in an LL.M. exchange program for two semesters at the Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia. Rutger is a member of the Dutch Bar Association.
