He advises private equity and corporate clients (including listed companies) on tax issues connected with corporate restructurings and reorganizations (including international restructurings), mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing and capital market transactions (issuance of equity and debt instruments). He also has experience in handling tax disputes and managing ongoing tax matters for major corporations.
