Lilian Welling-Steffens focuses on structured and secured financing, restructuring, and (cross-border) insolvency. She is also experienced in the area of private international law and property law. Lilian is a noted academic in this field, publishing regularly, acting as a guest lecturer at Universities and speaking at industry events. She is also an active member of various industry associations, including member of the Knowledge Development Committee of the Dutch Restructuring Association.
