Sera Hendrix is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Amsterdam office. She focuses her practice on public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital, and restructurings.

Sera holds an LL.M. degree in private law at the University of Amsterdam. She also studied corporate and business law subjects during an exchange program at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, France. Sera is a member of the Dutch Bar Association.
